Not everything needs a solution. Nor do you need to be in crisis to benefit from Counselling. Sometimes, what you really need is space to talk about your thoughts, feel heard, and simply be. Whether you’re searching for growth, healing, resolution or just someone to sit beside you without judgment, that’s what I’m here for.
I’m Cheryl Rydzynski, founder of Chat It Out Counselling and Wellness. I’m here to offer support that feels safe, authentic, and grounded in trust and understanding. Outside of my work, I’m a proud mum to two adult children, two dogs and partner to a FIFO worker. I also appreciate firsthand the challenges of balancing work, family, and wellbeing.
My Journey
Like many women, I once felt overwhelmed by the demands of a corporate career, parenting, and navigating grief, all while facing intense life challenges. All this pressure left me burnt out, exhausted, and disconnected from myself. It was during this difficult time that I discovered the power of holistic healing—a journey that not only helped me recover but also reignited my sense of self. This transformation became my passion, inspiring me to help others grow, resolve, heal and evolve.
What I Believe
I believe that healing is not one-dimensional; it’s about nurturing your mind, body, and spirit as a whole. Every persons path to wellness is unique, and I’m committed to helping you find the approach that works best for you.
My approach is compassionate and person centred. This is your space, your time, and your pace. You decide what you’d like support with, and I’ll walk alongside you.
Why I Do What I Do
Watching people rediscover their confidence, manage overwhelming thoughts, set clearer boundaries and feel more aligned with their personal goals is why I do what I do. It’s what drives me every day in my counselling practice. It’s a reminder that sometimes, all it takes is a little support, a different perspective, and a commitment to self-care to shift things in a positive direction. You deserve to live a life filled with balance, clarity, and joy—and I’m dedicated to helping you achieve that.
