Manager support is available through confidential one-on-one sessions, providing a safe space to explore real workplace challenges and leadership responsibilities.
The initial session is 90 minutes ($220 incl. GST), giving us time to understand your role, team dynamics, and workplace context. From there, we’ll begin shaping practical strategies that fit your leadership style and workplace needs.
Because meaningful change usually takes more than a single conversation, many managers find that two to three sessions are most useful — the first to unpack challenges, the next to refine and implement strategies, and optional follow-ups to adjust as needed. Ongoing sessions can be booked as either 60 minutes ($150 incl. GST) or 90 minutes ($220 incl. GST), depending on what feels most useful and manageable for you.
